A person who plans to enroll for a associate degree in a college, undergraduate/graduate college established in accordance with Higher Education Act, or a college established in accordance with the Special Act
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who plans to enroll for education of associate degree at an academic research institute, or a community college or above, established in accordance with the Higher Education Act or Special Act
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 2 years.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② A copy of Business Registration Certificate (or Registration Number Certificate) of a respective education institute
③ Standard Acceptance Letter* (issued by the dean/president of the university)
* For scholarship students invited by the National Institute for International Education or the Ministry of National Defense of ROK, an invitation letter issued by the director or minister can be a replacement
④ Original copy of document indicating the final level of education
⑤ Original copy of document proving your financial ability to support yourself (one-year tuition fee and the living expenses for a year)
– When submitting a parent’s bank statement, family relation certificate is required to submit.
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
