A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and works in coastalㆍinshore fishery, sea farming, sea salt farming industry etc.
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who meets employment requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Foreign Workers’ Employment, who plans to work for fishing industry such as coastal·inshore fishery, sea farming, or sea salt faming industry.
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 3 years.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ A copy of Employment Permit and a copy of Standard Labor Contract
④ A report of workplace assessment
⑤ Aquaculture: a permit of fishery (i.e. a license to aquaculture, a declaration of Inland Water Fisheries)
– Offshore fishery: a ship inspection certificate
– Sea salt farming: a permit of sea salt farming*
* For a salt farm leaseholder, you must submit a lease contract and a confirmation of sea salt farming issued by the mayor or the head of a local village
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
