A person who meets the employment requirements defined in the Employment of Foreign Workers Act and plans to work in agriculture or livestock industry
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who meets employment requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Foreign Workers’ Employment, who plans to work for an agriculture or livestock industry or services
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 3 years.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ A copy of Employment Permit and a copy of Standard Labor Contract
④ A report on workplace assessment
⑤ A certificate demonstrating the size of farm issued by the head of relevant agricultural technology center run by a local government, or a copy of Agriculture/Fishery Entity Registration Certificate issued by the head of National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service
* If you are a crop farmer, you can submit a certified copy of resident registration, instead.
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
