A foreign investor who has invested more than $500,000 U.S. dollars at the time of application for permanent residence and has employed more than five native Koreans as a full-time worker
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a foreign investor who has invested US$500,000 or more in accordance with the 「Foreign Investment Promotion Act」 and hired five or more Korean full-time workers
① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② A copy of Certificate of FDI Company Registration
③ A letter of guarantee
④ A copy of Business Registration Certificate or a certified copy of unabridged Corporate Register
⑤ Receipts for Earned Income Tax Withholding (issued by a Tax Office) of at least 5 Korean employees or Certificate of Income Amount (issued by a Tax Office)
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
