Overseas Korean with a foreign nationality of a country notified by the Minister of Justice of ROK) who has history of staying in ROK for more than 6 months as a visa holder of the following visa types:
A Korean Arts and Culture (D-1), a Long-term News Coverage (D-5), a Religious Worker (D-6), an Intra-Company Transferee (D-7), a Corporate/Foreign Investor (D-8), an International Trade (D-9), a Professor (E-1), a Foreign Language Instructor (E-2), a Researcher (E-3), a Technology Instructor/Technician (E-4), a Professional (E-5), an Artist/Athlete (E-6), and a Foreign National of Special Ability (E-7)
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you have stayed in Korea for 6 months or more on a Korean Arts and Culture (D-1), a Long-term News Coverage (D-5), a Religious Worker (D-6), an Intra-Company Transferee (D-7), a Corporate/Foreign Investor (D-8), an International Trade (D-9), a Professor (E-1), a Foreign Language Instructor (E-2), a Researcher (E-3), a Technology Instructor/Technician (E-4), a Professional (E-5), an Artist/Athlete (E-6), and a Foreign National of Special Ability (E-7) visa
You can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 2 years.

1. Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
2. Certification of Family Registry, Certificate of Removal from Family Registry or closed Register
* If you are unable to submit the above documents, you have to submit Household register booklet (or hukou), resident registration card, and other documents proving you are an overseas Koreans with foreign citizenship
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
