A person who has worked for at least 1 year or more at a foreign public institution or headquarters / branch / or any other offices of a foreign company, and is dispatched to the affiliates, subsidiary, or branch in ROK in a field requiring expertise
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are an executive, senior manager, or specialist dispatched to a Korean branch
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 1 year.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A Statement of Invitation
③ A document demonstrating you are a highly required specialist (i.e. resume, a certificate of employment history)
④ A proof of an applicant’s current employment status from an applicant’s company
⑤ A dispatch order from an applicant’s organization
⑥ A document relevant to the establishment of a Korean branch
– A copy of a permission for the establishment of a Korean branch or a copy of an Acceptance of Declaration
⑦ A document demonstrating that a Korean branch or a liaison office is operated properly
– A record of the inflow of funds or capital to a Korean branch or liaison office in ROK
– In case of a newly-established company, a business management outline is required to submit
– A Certificate of Tax Payment, etc
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.

② A copy of Certificate of Foreign Legal Consultant Office Registration (issued by the Korean Bar Association)
③ A declaration form of the establishment of a branch (issued by the Foreign Exchange Bank) and a certificate of business registration
④ A document demonstrating the inflow of capital or funds to ROK for business operation such as a Certificate of Purchased Foreign Currency, etc.
⑤ A dispatch order , issued by the headquarters, that indicates the duration of a dispatch
⑥ For a member of a law firm or foreign law consultant, a copy of Certificate of Foreign Legal Consultant Registration (issued by the Korean Bar Association) is required to submit
⑦ For an office employee, a certificate of employment history is required to submit in order to verify whether you have worked at the headquarters for at least a year
