A person who plans to engage in a field designated by the Minister of Justice of ROK for the enhancement of national competitiveness by adopting foreign workers with professional knowledge/technology in accordance with a contract with a public or private institute in ROK
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a native administrative or technical staff of a diplomatic office, a cultural institute, or a foreign chamber of commerce in Korea
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted for up to 1 year.

② Official documents from a foreign diplomatic mission in Korea requesting for cooperation

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a crew member who promotes the convenience and safety of passenger on an international cruise which operates domestically. (i.e. Kumkang mountain cruise)
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a qualified person for Foreign National of Special Ability (E-7) visa, who has received employment recommendation (gold card) for high-tech science technology field
You can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for 3 years.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 3 years.

② A recommendation letter of employment (or gold card) issued by Small and Medium Business Association or Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy (KOTRA)
※ You must submit other documents when applying for a foreign registration after the arrival at ROK. Others documents include a document of the establishment of public or private institute organization, a copy of employment contract, a letter of guarantee, a document of requirements
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
