Who has aquirede degree from a Korean university (Bachelor’s degree from an overseas university) or higher
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person acquired a bachelor’s degree or higher who is a Corporate founder with intellectual property rights or any equivalent technical skills
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted for up to 1 year.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② A certified copy of Corporate Register(unabridged) and a copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ Documents demonstrating that you have either intellectual property right or equivalent skills
④ Any documents proving points earned through the Points-Based System
– A copy of Patent Registration Certificate, Utility Model Right Registration Certificate, Design Registration Certificate, Trade Mark Registration Certificate for intellectual property rights holders
– Patent Candidates must submit application certificate issued by the head of Korea Intellectual Property Office
– A certificate for completion or graduation of the OASIS program issued by the head of Global Investment Center designated by the Minister of Justice, award winner confirmation letter, official statement of selection, and etc.
– Other documents that can prove points earned through the Points-Based System
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A certified copy of unabridged Corporate Register and a copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ Documents demonstrating an applicant having intellectual property rights or equivalent skills
④ Any documents proving scores earned at Points-Based System
– A copy of Patent Registration Certificate, Utility Model Right Registration Certificate, Design Registration Certificate, Trade Mark Registration Certificate for intellectual property rights holders
– A patent candidate must submit application certificate issued by the head of Korea Intellectual Property Office

– Other documents that can prove scores earned at Points-Based System
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
