Visiting Employment Visa by Lottery Selection H-2-5

A foreign national of Korean descent aged 25 or older, in accordance with the Act on the Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans, who falls under any of the following categories:

1. A Chinese Korean (ethnic Korean of Chinese nationality) who has been selected through the computerized lottery after prior application for Visiting Employment.

2. An applicant from the former Soviet Union (CIS region) within the allocated national quota.
