Visiting Employment Visa for Re-entry after Expiration H-2-7

A foreign national of Korean descent aged 25 or older, in accordance with the Act on the Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans, who has previously departed Korea upon expiration of the Visiting Employment visa and is under 60 years of age as of the date of complete departure.
