Hotel and Adult Entertainment E-6-2
A person who plans to engage in performance or entertainment activities at hotel business facilities and adult entertainment facilities in accordance with Tourism Promotion Acts. (Any form of activities such as music, fine arts, and literature, professional acting, or professional entertainment in accordance with the Public Performance Act are not included.)
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who plans to perform or engage in entertainment activities in a hotel or an adult entertainment business defined in the Tourism Promotion Act. (i.e. a pop musician, instrument player, circus artists or magician)
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 1 year.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ A copy of employment contract
④ A performance recommendation letter from the Korea Media Rating Board
⑤ An outline for entertainment activities
⑥ A certificate of qualification or a certificate of employment history
⑦ A letter of guarantee
※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
