A person who plans to establish a start-up business qualified in the item of C of D-8 Corporate Investment
– You can participate in the OASIS programs, or apply for intellectual property rights or business establishment etc.
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person having a bachelor’s degree or above(including a prospective graduate) preparing for business establishment with intellectual property right or equivalent skills.
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 6 months.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② Education Certificate, Technology/Business Startup Plan
③ Application Certificate such as a Letter of Patent, Utility Model Registration Card, Design Registration Card Copy or Intellectual Property Right Permission (for respective candidate only)
④ OASIS program completion certificate or participation confirmation letter (for a respective candidate only)
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
