You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who meets employment requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Foreign Workers’ Employment, who plans to work for a construction company in ROK ( However, a construction company at a construction site of power plant, steelwork, or petrochemical plant, and has a construction license for an Industrial and Environmental Facility Construction, is excluded. )

You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay will be granted for up to 3 years.

① Application form for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (Form No. 21), a copy of passport, a photo in a standard format
② A copy of Business Registration Certificate
③ A copy of Employment Permit and a copy of Standard Labor Contract
④ A report of workplace assessment
⑤ A copy of Construction Business Registration, a certified copy of Corporate Register and a copy of Construction Contract(Subcontract)
⑥ A list of foreign employees working at a construction site prepared by a construction company (prime contractor) responsible for the construction site

※ If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card.
※ The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee.
