Overseas Korean with a foreign nationality of a country notified by the Minister of Justice of ROK, who is a CEO, board member, or a manager of a company
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a CEO, a registered executive, or a management staff of a corporation
– Only 2 executives or management staffs per one corporation are allowed for this visa
※ Granting this visa to the CEO, executives or employees of a corporation is limited to companies that have been established for one year or more. Also, only executives who have been employed for 6 months or more, or management staffs who have been employed for a year or more can apply for this visa.
You can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 2 years.

1. Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
2. Certification of Family Registry, Certificate of Removal from Family Registry or closed Register
* If you are unable to submit the above documents, you have to submit Household register booklet (or hukou), resident registration card, and other documents proving you are an overseas Koreans with foreign citizenship
3. Official Documents written by a respective organization of the OECD country, proving that you are a permanent resident
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
