Overseas Korean with a foreign nationality of a country notified by the Minister of Justice of ROK, who is the president or vice president of culture and arts organization, or an organization of overseas Korean notarized by responsible country
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are the president or vice president of an organization of overseas Korean or a cultural ＆ arts association, both authorized by a respective country
※ Limited to those who have been employed for at least 1 year by an organization of overseas Korean.
You can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 2 years.

1. Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
2. Certification of Family Registry, Certificate of Removal from Family Registry or closed Register
* If you are unable to submit the above documents, you have to submit Household register booklet, (or hukou) resident registration card, and other documents proving you are an overseas Koreans with foreign citizenship.
3. Proof of Registration and proof of employment of your association
[Employees or Members of International Overseas Koreans Support Group]
– Business registration, Current Statistics of an Association, recommendation from Overseas Koreans Groups, Proof of Employment, Oath of Non-Employment
[Employees of Domestic Overseas Koreans Support Groups]
– Business Registration of the associations, recommendation letter from the chair of the Overseas Koreans associations, Proof of Employment, written oath of unemployment (refer to Archive)
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
