Spouse/underage children of F-4 Overseas Korean F-1-9

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a spouse and minor child of overseas Koreans (F-4) visa holders

You can apply for a multiple-entry visa valid for 1 year.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted initially for up to 90 days.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② A certificate of registration of a local abode or a copy of visa issuance (including a copy of passport) from Overseas Koreans (F-4) visa holders
③ Documents demonstrating family relations

※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.
