A person who plans to provide professional knowledge of natural science or technology guidance related to an area categorized as industrially special upon invitation by a Korean public or private institute in ROK
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are a person who plans to provide Korean citizens or Korean companies with technologies in accordance with a Licensing Agreement under the Foreign Investment Promotion Act
You can apply for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months.
Periods of stay for this visa will be granted for up to 1 year.

① Visa Application Form (Form No. 17), passport, a photo in a standard format, fee
② Documents in regards to the establishment of the public/private companies
– A copy of Business Registration Certificate, A copy of Certificate of FDI Company Registration, a permission of the establishment of a branch
③ A Certificate of Report on Licensing Agreement
④ Dispatch order and a proof of employment
※ The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation.

– A person providing technology in a special industrial sector who is dispatched from an overseas labor service provider.
– A person providing special technology adopted by a domestic industrial company
